Return and Refund Policy

LUMIERE accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

To return a product please contact us at customerservice@lumiereandco.com

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that you return your product via with insurance covered as LUMIERE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.

If the product purchased is defective or you don’t achieve the results you thought, please email us at  customerservice@lumiereandco.com prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  

In the event your order arrives to you damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt at  customerservice@lumiereandco.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You must include photos and videos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Our team will discuss any details moving forward as we are looking into each case individually to find the best solution for each customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

When you have a confirmation for us that you are eligible for a return, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
